Haven't been watching many films recently but been catching up on A LOT of TV. Thanks mainly to Netflix in the past few months I've watched all seasons of:
Dexter
Parks and Recreation
Mad Men
The Walking Dead
And now I'm almost through the first season of Breaking Bad.
Not to mention SONS OF ANARCHY is incredible this season.

SOA and Dexter are awesome this season and I now officially am into CSI with Danson onboard. Haven't been watching many films recently but been catching up on A LOT of TV. SOA and Dexter are awesome this season and I now officially am into CSI with Danson onboard. Really? Danson is just okay to me. It's a complete 180 from Langston and his demons. I just wish it was a little more subtle transition. |

the titles at the start were a bit strange but when the actual film started it was just great i loved every minute

i had a few misgivings before seeing this... i suppose i might have been expecting it to be very bombastic like other Roland Emmerich films but i was very surprised ,the film has a lot of heart a great story and some very good acting

Since this is pretty much a hodge podge of what we all recently saw, I'll post this here.
Last night's episode of The Mentalist was the best yet this season. Jane killed two birds with one stone. Game on!

Mystery Team - B-/C+ Some funny bits here & there, but overall pretty forgettable. Donald Glover is a national treasure, though. Derrick Comedy + Community + Childish Gambino. I'm in love with him. Saw Puss in Boots today. The first half hour is rather terrific- it's funny, action packed and hits everything right. It slows down a little after that, but overall it's a much better movie that it has any right to be. I'm looking forward to the inevitable sequel. Like aDIM, I've been focused on TV recently. Walking Dead has really slowed down this season (they're going for a Breaking Bad pace, which just doesn't work for this show), hopefully it gets more exciting soon. Homeland is really flipping good. Boss is ridiculous so far, and not in a good way. I think I'm done with Dexter and The Office, both should have ended by now. Modern Family's down, but still funny. Glee is unwatchable yet I STILL WATCH IT and New Girl is pretty amusing. Sunny is on fire this season. Community/Parks and Rec, <3. |
