I saw this trailer posted at HSX, between this and the earlier "Restricted" trailer my hopes for AR are really high, it just has the feel of the originals.

23/64 will do decently not as bad as Scream 4, but I don't think this will pull a Fast 4

... There was nothing in that trailer that even seemed remotely funny, almost as if absolutely no effort was put into those jokes. But whatever, lots of people seem to wanna see this. I'm sure it'll do well.

Stooges will bomb, the only thing it had going for it at first was Jim Carrey and now that he's gone I think it'll be lucky to do Arthur numbers. Hell that seems too high

Given I graduated in 1999 (and I saw the original in theaters), this has so much appeal to me. I actually have found both released trailers to be funny. Could go either way but I'll be optimistic.

For reference, the last one (American Wedding) had an opening of $44m and $138m overall (both adjusted).

The trailer didn't impress me at all. If they wanted money they should have put some actor in it who is at least relevant today. This is Scream 4 all over again fans of the original franchise will be hyping it to death, but it won't bring in any new fans.
