I don't think I'm alone, but I'm not a big fan of this board's current layout. It was never intended to be a permanent solution, but the longer BOM is down...the longer that becomes the situation.
That said, I'm totally open to this place being run like something of a democracy as I don't have a lot of time to invest into running it by myself. So, if you have any suggestions for what skin and/or color theme you would like to see put in place for Mojo Refugees, please link it/post it here.
Once we get enough suggestions at an undetermined point in time, we'll hold a vote of some kind.

I honestly don't have one in mind yet. I'm on my break right now and about to get back to work.
I'd think something clean, simple, and easy on the eyes. Open-minded on color schemes.

so sad that BOM is over. i loved it.
i'm not very good at this stuff, but can you make it to look as similar as BOM boards? it was very easy to read. i hate changes.

Yeah... it's a little ugly to look at. Once somebody can come and clean up the appearance a bit it will be already superior to BOM.

Once I get home later tonight and get some free time, I'll be playing around with the look of it. So if anyone has any specific suggestions, or even examples that you can link to show, I'm definitely all ears.  |

BOM's forums did have a pretty good visual design even if the special features stank. I say try to find a similar dark red/grey color scheme if you can.

I'd be all for a burnt orange and white design, or the classic red color scheme like BOM. Something that brings some pizazz without being too much.

One thing's for sure: The outlines shouldn't be blue. You can barely see the ">>" button on the forum page.

Thanks! Just trying to give it a familiar feel. Still far from finished, and still open to suggestions. I'll go with whatever the majority likes, though. So if it feels *too* much like BOM, just speak up.
