Immortals will definitley open higher, but it will fizzle out much faster. Jack & Jill will open pretty weakly, but have better legs.

Immortals could win the opening weekend battle, but Jack and Jill is most likely gonna win in the long run.

IMMORTALS should get it. I have a feeling it'll open above 30M. The market place hasn't had a decent action/fantasy film like this in a while. IN TIME doesn't count - that turd shoulda gone straight to video.

I think you are all underestimating Jack & Jill. Not a fan of Adam Sandler but he knows his market well and this movie, despite how silly the concept will appeal to viewers plus they're also marketing this as a family movie. So yeah I think Jack & Jill could pull a surprise. I'm guessing 21 mil for that with Immortals at 19 m. COULD be a close fight
