I never even knew about this board until I checked the IMDB forum mojo is directing people to. I refuse to post on IMDB, I've never even bothered to verify my account there, it's just too infested with trolls.
Hopefully the mojo forums return, but for now I'll be lurking about here.

Its not so much optimism as it is just having a rough idea of how long it could take to bring back up a database as old as Mojo's is.

I'd rather we clean this place up and stay here. Sounds a little disloyal to BOM itself and it would be easier if it was integrated with the website, but those forums are prehistoric.

If this shutdown gets rid of all the malware that has been popping up, than I really don't mind. I was getting sick of things flashing on my screen every time I went to the front page BOM was littered with trojan horses for weeks before the site crashed. On everything from the front page to daily gross pages for individual films. My AVG was working overtime. |
